为什么说农村出生的孩子，很难出人头地？

举2个例子。

之前我在外资企业工作的时候，我们营业总监，安排我坐车子的时候坐在副驾驶位置上。到饭店接一个客人，她下车了，我没有下车，当时她没有说什么，后来，回公司后，她跟我说，为什么安排你坐副驾驶吗？就是希望你在接客人的时候，给客人开门关门。

还有一个例子，有一次，我们总经理请客户吃饭，安排我敬酒，当时我没有倒满，他自己补上了，后来回公司跟我说，给客人倒酒一定要倒满，这是待客的规矩。

不管是什么家庭出身的孩子，你在中国这个人情社会，光有学问是不够的，还要懂得“做人”，就是要尊重人。这些学校不教，甚至有些人不屑一顾。确实不是真正的学问，但关键是，如果你不懂，又不愿意学，更不肯做，你会发现那些没有你成绩好的，没有你能力强的，都做了你的领导。你不要全怪别人，也要分析自己。

《道德经》中说：宠辱若惊，贵大患若身。何谓宠辱若惊？宠，为下得之若惊，失之若惊，是谓宠辱若惊。何谓贵大患若身？吾所以有大患者，为吾有身，及吾无身，吾有何患？故贵以身为天下者，则可以寄於天下；爱以身为天下者，乃可以托於天下。

译文：世人得失名利的心太重，所以得到荣宠和受到屈辱都担惊受怕。畏惧大的祸害也因为害怕。

宠辱若惊，屈辱是低下的，受到屈辱就感到丢人，所以害怕受屈辱。

我们之所以有大的祸患，那是因为我们常想到“自己”的关系。假设我们忘掉“自己”那么还有什么祸患呢。所以，如果有一个人愿意牺牲自己为天下人服务，就可以把天下交给他。

我们很多时候，就是放不下面子，觉得给别人开车门没面子，觉得给别人倒酒没面子，是拍马屁，失去了自己的尊严，对别人不理不睬。在别人看来，你太清高，自以为是。如果你不和别人交流，不能说上话，得不到别人的信任，别人怎么可能把机会给你呢？当你没有成功的时候，要用面子去换取成功；当你成功了，自然就会有面子。

所以要知道“道术”，“道”就是和别人“打交道”，就是处理好人和人的关系。“术”就是“用”，没有道，就没有机会，你再有技术，也没有发挥的路子，没有机会，也就没有“用”。这是我吃了多少亏，才明白的道理。

这就是态度重要还是能力重要，同样的问题。态度就是道，能力就是术。如果你能理解了，就能明白为什么没有你文凭好，没有你能力强，没有你业绩好，没有你加班多的人做了你的领导。

"Tao Te Ching" said: if surprised, if the body. What is a shame if a surprise? Pet, for the next if surprised, lost if surprised, is that pet disgrace if surprised. What is your big problem, like a body? So I have a big patient, for I have a body, and I have no body, I have what trouble? Therefore you as the world, can send to the world; love for the world, can trust the world.

The world is too much to gain fame and wealth, so they are afraid of honor and humiliation. Fear of the great evil is also because of fear.

If the disgrace is surprised, humiliation is low, humiliated will feel ashamed, so afraid of humiliation.

The reason why we have a great disaster is because we often think of our "own" relationship. Suppose we forget "ourselves" and then what else happens. Therefore, if one person is willing to sacrifice himself to serve the world, he can give the world to him.

Most of the time, we just can not put face, feel to others drive the door no face, feel to others pour wine no face, is flattery, lost their own dignity, ignore others. In the eyes of others, you are too lofty, self-righteous. If you don't communicate with others, can't talk, and can't get their trust, how can others give you the opportunity? When you do not succeed, to exchange face for success; when you succeed, naturally will have face.

So to know "Taoism", "Tao" is "dealing" with others, is to deal with the relationship between good people and people."Art" is "use", no way, there is no opportunity, you have the technology, there is no way to play, no opportunity, there is no "use". This is how much I suffered, just understand the truth.

This is whether attitude is important or ability is important, the same question. Attitude is even the tao, the ability is the skill. If you can understand, you can understand why no good diploma, no strong ability, no good performance, and no more overtime people are your leader.
